Accommodating and attentive staff who were always there to help. The venue was set in the very central position adjacent to shops, pubs and restaurants and the centre and Killarney.

staff and location were excellent and i loved that the place was fairly clean.

Fabulous, spacious hotel with welcoming staff and not expensive breakfasts. Well-appointed room, clean bathroom and good service.

I liked its location and staff, lovely building. The beds were very uncomfortable here, though it was a really good stay all in all.

The hotel is practical and fairly clean, the staff are pleasant, location is easy right in the centre of town. The rooms are functional with comfortable beds and our experience is really nice!

The rooms were warm and spotless with a separate bedroom, extra bed, the windows opened, just what was needed. The food was superb, with plenty of options. The location was incredible, at walking distance from Ross Golf Club. Such a lovely stay for 2 nights.

The bathroom was dirty and Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was very very good time in Killarney. The property overall was impeccably clean and beautifully kept, had great location and staff. The hotel room was compact with two beds.

Very pleasant experience, everything was perfect. I appreciated the room, the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast I ordered was savoury. The hotel was a good base for enjoying a fairly nice area, very close to the centre, Killarney.

Reasonably priced place, had a REALLY ENJOYABLE stay at a really nice hotel. The breakfast had plenty of options, including porridge and eggs.

Our favourite, central hotel in Killarney with courteous staff. The venue was in a very central setting right in the town centre.

Will be back for plentiful breakfast. It is overall clean and big hotel, the stuff are knowledgeable and location right in the centre is handy.

The staff and food were all fantastic. Main bar was there. My stay was good here.

The place was spotlessly clean with an appalling staff. Appreciated Killarney, the hotel was upgraded! We stayed in the standard queen room which was exceptional. Very good service, really nice restaurant on site.

Comfortable bedroom and luxurious bathroom. The view was nice, the staff was outstanding. The venue was close to Killarney downtown.

Ideal hotel built in classic style, BRILLIANT location. The room we booked was airconditioned and there was a very clean bathroom. Staff was beautiful, and the service was superb.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel was divine and clean. The staff were very obliging and the pool was heated. Classic style venue with comfortable furniture in the rooms.

Facilities were beautiful, nevertheless Wi-Fi was terrible.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful, I loved huge rooms and funny staff. Affordable food for a continental breakfast. The Irish bar was good and the drinks were cold. Overall my stay was fabulous and I would return there: )

All in all, I spend my time fantastically. Room was very spacious, bigger then in most Killarney hotels. Many thanks to manager! 5 mins walk to the center. A great bar does the trick. It deserves its 3 stars.

We think it's a right place for staying in Killarney.
